I’m about to get my 5th HTC One Phone due to poor Quality Assurance

Cracked my phone’s screen today while at a job site.  That’s $150 for the insurance deductible and completely ruins the day for me.  It fell from 4 ft up to a tiled floor.  I’ve never broken a screen that had gorilla glass before.  What I can’t understand is why it broke in the first place.

The screen is shattered about a full inch from the upper left corner .  There is a hard case on it and the case is elevated above the screen.  Not only that but the case has no discernible marks on it.

This phone has had poor reception ever since I got my first one when it was released.  It’s been a very frustrating time.   My previous HTC One phones had the digitizers  start to fail (2 of them), and a battery that wouldn’t charge.

I should have known something was wrong with HTC when no one would take my order nor would they give me my free case during the promo.  Yes, you heard that right.  HTC site wasn’t working for me and the phone lines were supposedly down.  This was over several days.

Anyone want to take some guesses on which company has the worst QA?  Choices are HTC, Sony or Fitbit.   I’m on my 4th Sony camera which I will need to return once again due to water issues.  I’m also on my 3rd fitbit flex since september.
