Myspace is revamping their site. This includes less customizations on a profile pages and more of a focus on media. Specifically music.
These are great things for the site. Most profiles were just awful to look at. It sounds like these will be tweaked with certain buttons always in the same places.
As far as the media focus, I think they already started that. When in Austin, I use myspace to check out all the bands before deciding on which one to go to. It is very convenient for that. However, that is all I ever use it for. Good luck myspace!
