I’ve been doing a lot of research into this to increase my ranking with PC-Prime. There are many suggestions from Google and other websites out there to increase your ranking. Meta tags, having a local address, and links. At least this is what I’ve gotten out of it. When you search for “PCPrime“, you can find my website in the listings. However, if you do a search for “computer repair” my site doesn’t show up at all. What do you see? Well, I see 3 listings on top and then it goes straight to my local bussinesses. Without a local address you would never find my business even though I’d prefer to not list a specific location. It turns out one can use PO Boxes as your local addresses. I plan on implementing this in a few markets as a test to confirm this.
